If you Google the Restaurant Cotelè (carnes a las brasas) you may get it's history of a sailor who traveled from South Africa through Tierra Del Fuego, on his way to New Zealand. He loved Puerto Montt, Chile - so much, that he never left and set up a restaurant there. Needless to say I have not wanted to eat for the last two days!!!
