With his head in the clouds!

Having arrived in Rio, I made my way to the Hotel, throughout the 30min journey it wouldn´t stop raining. There was little time to explore Rio and we left the morning after but before then I walked down to Cobacabana, Rio´s streets approach mountains a contrast to the city life.

Took a bus to Ilha Grande (big Island) had a good start to the trip with drinking Capriana´s throughout the night on the beach. Took a days boat trip around the Island fuelling our 24hr drinking with even more Capriana´s met another group of backpackers and went back to the main square to see some samba club which is nothing but a hazed memory but an experience nonetheless.


Now at Paraty with another day of beaches planned for tomorrow and a waterfall visit. Although no one seems to know when the buses are scheduled so we could be waiting at the buse station for a while.

Not much more to say, so far so good!
