Taking the train instead of the bus from Oruro to Uyuni turned out to be a good decision. The ride was smooth, there was plenty of room for our legs and it even arrived on time! Hi, Welcome to our blog. Having completed a 9 month trip to the US, Australia and SE Asia in 2005, we were truly bitten by the travel bug.
