We ate breakfast at NH Hotel. We started talking to one couple that were from Spain but originally from England. Graham and Leslie will be on the cruise too.

After eating breakfast at the hotel, we walked to the Obelisco to get a 9:30am FREE walking tour. There were 2 other couples that joined us. One couple, Pat and Jim are from Tulsa and will be on the cruise with us.

A young 30something gal was our tour guide. She showed us some interesting architecture in the city.

I took over 400 pictures today.

After the tour, we walked towards Galarias Pacifico Beautiful mall with nice fancy expensive stores in them.

Glenn found a tapiceria to repair our small backpack that had torn. He went down to the tunnel to access the Subway system, and there were small shops that sell magazines, newspapers, and jewellery repair shops, etc. The walkway/tunnel is down on your way to get the Metro. Glenn had to go back an hour later to pick up the repaired backpack.

When we returned to our hotel room, we reconnected with Bob Smith and made plans to travel in a taxi together to the ship dock on Saturday. We can board

at noon, so, we'll go downstairs and check out around that time. Bob Smith is taking this 2 week trip to Santiago, and then will turn around and take the same ship back to Buenos Aires, arriving back here on 2January - that is called Back to Back cruises.

As the sun was setting, we went up to the roof top to take photos at dusk. Beautiful.

Full day.
