Bright, sunny skies allowed some serious bucket-list ticking in London this week. Fae joined me for a stroll across the Millenium Bridge, a hike along the Thames on the Victoria Embankment, and a visit to Covent Garden - where I had my first Shake Shack burger, and buskers sang opera while we ate.
