This picture taken from the sign. On top of this hill is the original monument whose replica is in the museum. It´s directly on the Equator. Pity the French expedition didn´t ask the locals or know about the water trick...

It's been a very intensive couple of weeks. I’ve done 10 days of Spanish classes, interspersed with two weekend trips. The Spanish has been hard work and very enjoyable.
