El Macho
The only real passenger service left in Peru...wow. Are there that few railway lines that touristas and freight hog them all? Peru is not a tiny country and distances can be great. I found local buses ridiculously cheap in Peru but cramped and crowded. Trains in some countries are the way to go. Interesting!

There are a few lines, but not many. It is the way in many Latin American countries I have noticed, there are very few passenger train services.
