It was a long day for us to Ft Lauderdale. This trip took us through 21 bascule bridges. Most were on a schedule which we seemed to be off of for a couple. This just meant we waited around for 20 minutes to half hour for the scheduled opening. All in all the trip was 10-1/2 hours, but a very nice day. The weather cooperated quite nicely.
