Volcanic Crater

This crater is about to erupt (okay the last part isn't true), but there is a nice ice skating ring inside. This fella erupted about 6,500 years ago. Did we say something about the wind. Baby Bird had a desire to walk to the skating ring, but her parents indicated she would then be required to walk to the next destination as they were leaving. It was windy and cold. Brr.

Oh, the Horrendous Pain

Yesterday the waterfalls were very impressive, but today...beyond impressive. Gullfoss (foss in Icelandic means waterfall) was the most spectacular waterfall any of us has ever seen.
