Fadiouth church

Fadiouth Village is very different from other villages in Senegal. There are no cars there so the village is very quite and relaxed. Also the vast majority of the people living there are Christians, most of the people in Senegal are Muslims, so there is a church in town.

A true gem...simplistic design but so much colour and atmosphere. Love the Nativity scene too.

I had to look at that blog entry myself
I realised that I didn't remember what we wrote about in that blog entry so I had to look through it myself. Now I remember Fadiouth. It was an interesting place. I think that town has looked much the same for hundreds of years. Thank you for commenting on it so I got a reason to read it. /Ake
