DAY 4 - Tuesday Well this is delicious! If you want some of the best dried jackfruit, papaya, pineapple or banana on the planet, you will have to get it from it’s only buyer who is based in Germany. That is what we learned at Karagwe ‘s food processing factory just a short distance from KARUCO. About 300 farm families supply fruit to the plant and another 30 work in food processing.
