Barcelona for the weekend

Living in Europe is still a novelty, so many countries on our doorstep, Murray and I managed a weekend in Barcelona. I didn't know much about Barcelona before I went, except it is a place people recommended. We stayed in the old town, which was fabulous! We walked and walked, which I loved. Our overseas move started in 2005, with a brief vacation in India. Then we joined the Tsunami relief team in Sri Lanka for a couple of years. We were then based in Nairobi, Kenya for 9yrs. Then based in Geneva, Switzerland for the past 4 years with Murray in a global role still travelling around to the hot spots.
