I'd long wanted to get to Bruges, and given the close proximity and accessibility to Brussels, I decided to combine the two into one short break, my very first solo trip! Hi everyone! Hee hee Katy was probably kidding when she said I should start a travel blog but here I am! It may be a bit self-indulgent, but without Instagram or any other social media this seems like the best way to share my adventures and experiences with family and friends without you having to look at boring pictures of my breakfast and suchlike every single day, and to keep a record for myself too.
