I am in a world of pain. Mrs Deane is in a world of pain that appears worse than mine. I don't think she'll be allowing me to drag her up any big mountains in the near future. I am of course talking about our assault on Mount Kinabalu, the largest mountain in South East Asia standing at 4095.2m. A big bugger...
