Another take on a Buddhist prayer wheel. Some are on sticks and hand-spun, some are in long lines around temples or in towns' centres, some are battery powered minatures, one was candle powered, using the heat from the flame below the wheel to cause air motion. This one perpetually spins by water power. Perpetual prayers.
