Dinne - I ordered the Bife de Chorizo and for the low price, I wasn't expecting very much. Strange - it appeared that the chef had scored the steak in a few spots before grilling it. It didn't seem to affect things too negatively, as the steak was already tough in places, and full of tendons. But still, the steak was perfectly prepared, exactly how I wanted it, and bursting with juice. It's interesting that while you may not get a great cut of meat at a hole-in-the-wall joint here in Argentina, it's usually properly prepared and is rarely over or under-done. The flavour was great, despite the questionable quality of the cut.
