Bonbon de pollo - sick of seafood, I opted for chicken tonight. Very salty, it was large chunks of chicken in a cream sauce, garnished with a couple of very dry chicken drummettes. The presentation was beautiful, but the food was lacking. The papas duquesa, fried cheesy croquettes, were also salty, but probably the best thing on my dish.
