I washed down the lamb platter with a Bitburger Pilsner, a popular beer in this region. The smell of the lamb platter was heavenly! The most flavourful part was the garlic green beans, though they were a bit mushy. There were two lamb skewers, some chunks were tough, and some were tender. Lightly seasoned, the flavour of the lamb shone through. The lamb chops were OK, but the skewers better. Cous cous with red peppers, zucchini, and what I think was mint, rounded out the meal. A simple meal that was nicely done, as opposed to yesterday's more elaborate, but crappy meal.
