... crispy, yet soft and chewy ciabatta, with lightly-smoked and juicy salmon, and all smothered in a rich hollandaise. Almost perfect, except that the sweet balsamic was completely unnecessary. It was perhaps the tallest Benny ever, quite unstable, and a bit tricky to cut apart and eat.
