More Pupusas ...

... yesterday, we only sampled the corn versions - today, we also got to sample the rice-based ones. The corn ones definitely had more flavor, but the rice ones had a better texture - chewier, with crispier exteriors. Though Olguita is known for her pupusas, today's were better, and were had at a stall in Ahuachapán's Parque Concordia, which was bustling with festivities related to the Day of the Dead.
