Samosa Sam of the Gothic Quarter ...

... almost five years ago, we had a few drinks at this bar, Sincopa, and saw what was likely this same samosa man walking the Gothic Quarter, selling his wares. Still warm and supremely delicious, we were craving a beer and gelato after, because we had ordered the spicy ones, which we had specified as being "Indian spicy" and not "Spanish spicy", which would have been completely bereft of any heat.
