Tuna With Peppers ...

... more art than food, this was so beautiful and delicious it made you cry - twice! The tuna's seasoning was bang on, and the peppers were a nice surprise - this variety is typically sweet, but the odd one is jalapeno hot. It's the luck of the draw if you get one of those! The sweet onion jam underneath the tuna offered a nice balance to the dish.
