Too Many Choices ...

... at the Tabacon dinner buffet, especially the dessert section. Like any good gorgers, we first scoped out the dessert section prior to starting dinner. The best desserts ended up being the coconut macaroons, and a hazelnut-flavoured mousse square atop a crunchy base, and topped off with a slice of kiwi. We sampled the pineapple upside down cake, but it paled in comparison to the offering at Tranquilo Lodge.
