Better Baklava ...

... not the best I've had, but one of the better versions I've found in the Caucasus. The top was somewhat crispy, but the bottom half was still drenched in syrup. It also appeared that the bottom half of the baklava was essentially a layer of nuts, and that all the phyllo layers were on the top half.
