Octopus with Fava Bean Puree ...

... this was awesome - octopus was tender and nicely seasoned, and the fava bean puree was killer, with the freshest rosemary and thyme flavours popping out. It was massive for a starter, large enough to be an entree. The fava been puree was so good it was difficult to stop eating it and save room for the mains.
