Filet w/ Serranito Sauce ...

... overcooked, but still an incredibly tasty piece of beef. From what I could tell, the serranito sauce was soy sauce spiked with charred pieces of serrano chiles. Fantastically spicy! The downside was the rice, which was compacted into a disc, resulting in a dense hard core of rice in the middle. In the background are a few pieces of local Yellowfin Tuna.
