Azteca Soup ...

... light, tomato-based broth with just a hint of heat, served with fried shredded tortillas, some stringy cheese and some more avocado. Great soup, nicely balanced with acidity and spice. Also some more tasty tacos - better than what we had for dinner last night, as these didn't have the rich chipotle mayo.
