Geo: 51.898, -2.07131Up early this morning! 5am and the sun coming directly in the window! Fell back to sleep as best we could. Finally tried to roll out about 6:30.....TRIED, being the key term.Every joint ached, every muscle tight.....we needed yoga and a massage!
