Everyone Takes Pics of Towers.. or is it just me.

I woke up from my top bunk on the top floor (attic) of the Kendal hostel. I stripped the bedding for depositing in the communal laundry hamper (I'm getting the hang of hostel etiquette). Recently retired, and intent on working through my bucket list (if ever I had one) The current item that I have just initiated is a solo north/south cycle adventure in the UK. Starting from the top of Scotland (or close), I am working (or playing) my way down to the south of England (or close). I am cycling the LEJOG (Lands End to John O'Groats challenge), but making it a JOGLE (in reverse). It looks to be 21 days of cycling (far longer than the record of 41 hours and a bit (but speed is far from my goals on this adventure).... full info
