Its only a short 70 mile drive from the Black Hills to the Badlands. We set up camp in the town of Wall, South Dakota, famous as the home of Wall Drug. Its a large gift shop/ diner/ tourist trap that started long ago as a simple drug store offering free ice water to travelers. It is advertised repeatedly on billboards along I-90.
