Controversial German War Memorial

It's official title is something like 'A Monunument to the victims of pain suffering caused by war' to be PC. Inside is a totally barren room with an... interesting... scupture inside. There is a whole in the room above the sculpture so that it is exposed to the elements and supposidly changes moods with the weather. I wasn't a big fan, but our guide likes it.
