At the lookout near Steavenson Falls Marysville, an 84m cascade that's been a tourist attraction since the late 1800s. Interestingly, it boasts a mini hydroelectric plant (13kW) that powers floodlights onto the falls. Dead, burnt-out trees are plentiful on the slopes.
