Happy Monday's Cafe

A little hole-in-the-wall bar around the corner from our hotel. A popular local drink is Canelazo - a cinnamon flavoured rum drink that is very fine. At USD2 per glass it was quite inexpensive. Ecuador switched to using US currency in 1999 - they have no local currency.

She completed a degree in the US but is frustrated by the limited job opportunities in Quito.
