Ceviche

Ceviche, raw fish marinated in lime juice, is absolutely amazing. I probably shouldn't be eating it in the plaza though.

Well thanks to the people of El Alto giving notice that they would be striking on Monday and blocking off the highway into the city, my original plans to go to Potosí were axed as I was planning to arrive back in La Paz early Monday morning to go to work.
