Geo: 20.125, -87.45 Since we arrived in Mexico we have seen 4 processions celebrating the Bicentenary of the start of the fight for independence and also, I think, acknowledging and celebrating developments in Mexican institutions such as schools, police, fire services etc. They take place early in the morning and everyone in Tulum seemed to stop work and watch.
