Lunch on a quiet beach on Koh Pha Ngan on the way back from snorkelling with whale sharks at the dive site Sail Rock

Lunch was great but the rest of the trip was definitely NOT relaxing with a strong swell and generally stressful conditions!

Please may I just sit still for a moment?!
