Silver Spirit struggling alongside - She was bound for the Azores like us but had to abort and change course until the seas calmed

It has been a very choppy ride since we left Bermuda and we woke up to no sunshine. Also, when we looked out from our balcony we see the Silversea Silver Spirit cruise liner is about level with us at a distance. Looks like they are having a hard time of it with the big waves. We are George & Theresa. We took early retirement at the end of 2010 and intended to spend an extended time travelling. First we visited our favourite location of Tenerife where we intended on staying for three or four months and possibly buying a property ready for our finally settling down. We have enjoyed our time here in Tenerife so much we have bought a property and have decided to change our travelling plans.
