We stayed at Lake Griffin State Park 6 miles from The Villages. We biked with friends from Pittsburgh, to look this place over; we have to say...it lives up to everything we have heard... Big, filled with older folks, lots of golf carts...that are made to look like MB, Fords, Jaguard, etc: they have their own lanes and stop signs, but are a bit aggressive to mere bike riders.
