Geysir - Blesi hot spring

Blesi (Blaze) is considered to be the most beautiful of the geothermal features found here. It is composed of two large basins separated by a strip of land. The left spring is clear and boiling. The right pool is much cooler (104 degrees) and is a milky color caused by dissolved silica.

3 Countries in 24 hours. What a day! After a full day of road tripping into Canada, then flying overnight to Reykjavik, Iceland, we spent only 15 minutes at our apartment before jetting off to do some sightseeing.
