A few days in Vietnam and I think I have a serious Pho Bo addiction. Why the hell is this soup so delicious?! Maybe it’s the massive quantities of monosodium glutamate they put in it? Noodle soup heaven!
Even though Melbourne has a large Vietnamese community, I've never had a pho over here half as good as the pho from even the smallest seediest looking street stalls over there. But then again, I think everything tastes better on holiday :) Sounds like your southeast asian trip is winding up, hope you have a fabulous time on the island.

Its like that in Canada too, our Pho isn't up to par. Or at least as good as this stuff! Island was amazing thanks!
