Why are you going there? What's there to see anyway? Who goes to West Africa?! Pretty amazing journey!
While I've always been an independent traveler, and not the tour type, clearly, this was one big adventure for which a tour was called for! How fabulous to visit so many places still untouched by tourism--for better and worse, and to meet locals. Glad you all made it out safely with fine stories to tell!
