Only a few months ago, the third anniversary of our move to Tasmania whizzed past almost without my realising it. What an adventure!
Mud, leeches, primeval forests, impressive sights and healing silence few get to experience--a perfect way to bring in the new year! My backpacking days are over, so it was fabulous reading of your escapades from the comfort of my room here in Arequipa. So glad you're enjoying getting out in the amazing nature of your adopted home though it's hard to believe that it's been over three years. Tempis fugit--good thing you're making the most of it!
