So I arrived into Hervey bay, from another overnight bus, still tired I got picked up by the hostel bus and checked into a room. last year, after another slightly disappointing birthday, (the planned events were cancelled due to the wonderful british weather! And only slightly as I happen to have a wonderful group of supportive friends and family) I came to the conclusion that it was time to leave the damp and slightly grey British Isles for a warmer climate and awesome amounts of adventure.
