Hi All, I have seen the lanterns in Shanghai and other cities at Spring Festival but none of them can compare to the one here in Zigong. The festival cost 40rmb for the lanterns that are set up in the park and an extra 30 rmb for a strange exhibition of balloon art and a refrigeration unit with ice sculptures inside.
