Montevideo February 11th 2016 We arrived to glorious blue sky sailing up the River Plate this morning. Very classy city centre. The language is Spanish now. Big cafe culture, nice shops. Lovely river beaches stretching for miles. Lots of culture..music and theatre as. Only has population of 3 million. Half live in the city.
