Watching the Rain from Balcony

Sunday The howler monkeys got crazy at 5am this morning. The male is very loud. We were told that it is normal for them to be loud at this time. No need for an alarm clock here! A howling good time!
How close do the howlers come to your balcony? Fabulous wildlife shots! Are the iguanas shy? We saw quite a few on our trip to Costa Rica, but I didn't stick around to see if they were shy! Gail

Howlers
The howlers were across a path by the hostel, so we could get about 30 feet from them. The male became very vocal after Bob took photos and left. Iguanas are fairly shy and move pretty fast, so you have to sneak up on them. Good to hear from you!
