August 27 ,2015 We are making good time. We started out in a gentle mist rising off the water only to be engulfed by a dense fog. We couldn't see much past the bow rail. We are newly retired and ready to cruise! Our 32 foot Cape Island trawler, North Star, will be our summer cruiser in Canada and our 44 foot Marine Trader, Hemingway, is our warm climate cruiser, presently in Florida. Our land home is a small cottage outside of Lewisporte, Newfoundland, Canada.
