The Teleferico is a really big gandola that takes you from Quito (already above 9,000 feet) another 2,000 feet up the side of a mountain named Pichincha. The entrance of the gandola has an amusement park called volcano-land. The top offers an amazing view of Quito. There are a number of trails at the top for hiking.
