BANFF REST DAY Did very little other than walk today. 15 kms i reckon. As i said a pleasant town in a beautiful setting. A brief storm at midday, then a fine afternoon. Had my hair and beard cut, hoping to regain my lost youth(!!) lost to the beard. Haha. Saw a photo of me yesterday , very depressing!!!
