This area is so beautiful that it takes a while to take it all in. The old city of Ahrweiler is ringed by walls and inside that you find all the old buildings. Most of them are now restaurants with terraces where all the tourists are sitting sipping on their glasses of beer and other drinks. We had been here before but it still is a nice place to visit.
